    Next Day Delivery £9.99

    In a rush to get your hands on some new sexy underwear or wanting to stock up swimwear for your holiday? The Next Day Delivery service is for you! Orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day, arriving via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm or DHL Express (depending on package weight).

     

    Super Express Postage - £4.99

    For those who select this option, your order will be dispatched with the Royal Mail 24 service. Absolutely all orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday will leave same day with this service, and on many occasions an order will arrive the next day. 

      

    Standard UK Delivery - £2.99 

    1 - 3 working days

     

    All orders placed before 3pm will be despatched the same / next working day if ordered at the weekend.  

     

    Every single order is tracked to show it has been delivered. If you ordered more than 2 working days ago and chose Standard UK Delivery you can track your order below using messenger. Please do have your Order Number ready, it starts with a #.

    Unexpected postal delays may occur due to COVID19, which we are monitoring regularly and will update here accordingly. Currently operations with Royal Mail are running smoothly during these turbulent times. Please keep yourself as safe as possible!

    Box Menswear is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

     

     

    Please note we have to allow up to 7 working days before considering an item lost in transit. This is the time frame that Royal Mail state to allow for before declaring an order as mis-sorted or lost.
