Returns

We hope that you love the products that have been sent to you. However, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is a standard policy that stores will operate on underwear.

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

 Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account. Please also note that on sale items, only a credit note can be issued. 

If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

NB: For our joggers, returns are accepted providing they are completely in a saleable condition.  We take pride of our BOX items so anything returned should be new, unused, BOX garment tags still attached and in its original packing, fully in a resaleable condition. Any items that we think are deemed as not resaleable will be rejected by our quality and control team. You must cover the cost of return postage yourselves. Please be careful when trying on. We will not provide a refund/exchange for any of our tracksuit products which have not been washed with a colour catcher.  Bobbling may also occur due to the super soft nature of the fabric, which is not a fault or cause for return.

 Items returned back must be done so tracked. This is to ensure that the parcel arrives back here safely, as on rare occasions a courier may lose/misplace your return. We advise to use the website www.parcel2go.com, which is marginally cheaper (and convenient) than returning via the Post Office. 

We advise all customers to double check their address/order details at checkout, before placing the order. This is not Box Menswear's responsibility to ensure the correct details are provided. 

 

 

 

Black Friday 2024

Please note that during the busy Black Friday period, there may be a slight delay with the processing of returns and issuing exchanges/credit notes.

We endeavour to action all returns within the standard timeframe, but do ask to allow up to 14 working days for this to be actioned during this period.
